Visiting Diplomats Programme

The Egmont Institute organizes, also on request, programmes to acquire a thorough understanding of the European Union’s institutions and operating actors, of the global international peace and security context, with its institutions and general actors, and of the basic diplomatic practices.

Training courses are offered to visiting diplomats based on their needs and requirements, aiming at enhancing their diplomatic skills and deepening the level of knowledge regarding subjects such as the European Union, NATO, United Nations and OSCE. Egmont offers also courses related to the Belgian federal structure, diplomacy and the diplomatic service in general.

The course is provided by senior experts from different backgrounds.
