Roundtable with Dr Laura Davis. Peace and human rights are at the heart of EU external action, according to the treaty. The EU has extensive policy provisions for furthering peace and justice around the world. This Dr Davis will draw on extensive fieldwork in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Mali to consider what this has meant in practice in the past — and what this might mean for EU foreign policy in the future.
