EU in International Affairs Conference

The Institute for European Studies (IES) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), the Institut d'études Européennes (IEE) at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), the UN University Centre for Comparative Regional Integration Studies (UNU-CRIS), and Egmont - Royal Insitute for International Relations is proud to announce the second EU in International Affairs Conference which will be held from 22 tot 24 April 2010 at the Palace of Arts and Sciences, Brussels.

The Conference will provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas in understanding the interface of EU and international politics and law and will attempt to foster exchange between the academic and policy communities, especially through keynote addresses by senior policymakers and 'policy link' panels featuring a mixture of academics and practitioners.

This will be the second event of this nature.  Due to the success of our previous 2008 conference, we envisage presentation of more then 150 scientific papers from researchers and policymakers from over 30 countries.

The fee for Junior Researchers is set at 105 EUR and 155 EUR for Senior Researchers.  Registrations can be submitted at the following website: www.ies.be/conference2010 where you are also able to find the conference program.
