Bruxelles – APA. Les discussions sur les relations turco arméniennes se déroulent à l’Institut royal des relations internationales, rapport APA, citant « Nouvelles d’Arménie ».

L’envoyé spécial du secrétaire général de l’OTAN pour le Caucase du Sud Robert Simmons, le représentant spécial de l’UE au Caucase du sud Peter Semnenby, le ministre belge d’Etat, le corps diplomatique, les hauts fonctionnaires et parlementaires, enseignants, journalistes participent à ces discussions.

Le ministre arménien des affaires étrangères Edward Nalbandian a accusé l’Azerbaïdjan de retarder le processus de règlement du conflit. Selon M. Nalbandian, l’Arménie et la Turquie sont intéressées à ouvrir des frontières et d’établir des liens diplomatiques. Le chef de la diplomatie arménienne a qualifié « constructives et positives » ses liens avec son homologue turc Ali Babacan. Un accord est obtenu pour suivre ces liens, a prétendu M.Nalbandian.

Brussels–APA. Belgium Royal Institute for International Relations discusses Nagorno Karabakh conflict and Turkey-Armenia relations, APA reports quoting Armenian News.

Francois De Donnea, Belgian Minister of State, Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Robert Simmons, NATO’s first ever Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, members of Senate and Parliament of Belgium, representatives of diplomatic missions in this country, state bodies, scientific centers, universities, analysts and journalists attended the debates.
Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian addressing the event charged Azerbaijan with delay of settlement process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Nalbandian touching upon Turkey-Armenia relations underlined that both of countries were interested in establishment of diplomatic relations and reopening borders and accepted settlement of the relations without any terms. Nalbandian highly assessing meetings with his Turkish counterpart Ali Babacan mentioned that they were coordinated to continue such meetings.
