This report is based on input for a seminar on Benelux Defence Cooperation which took place on 9 April 2013 in Brussels. The seminar was jointly organized by the Egmont Institute and the Netherlands Institute for International Relations “Clingendael”. Civilian and military representatives from the three Benelux countries and armed forces plus representatives from the Belgian Federal Parliament, the European Defence Agency, the EU Military Staff and several think thanks participated in the seminar.
