Quentin Genard is Associate Fellow at Egmont and Researcher at E3G. His focus is on European climate and energy policies.
He holds a bachelor in politics (2010) and a master in European policies (2012) from Liège University. He was an intern at the European Movement Belgium (2010) and the Research Group on Peace and Security (2013). He graduated from the College of Europe in Bruges before becoming an advisor on European and International affairs for the Walloon government in 2013. He joined E3G in 2014 and Egmont in 2016.
He speaks French, English and Dutch.
