Er bestaat dan het risico dat het land chaotischer en autoritairder zal worden. Terwijl België gedoemd is om langs de zijlijn toe te kijken.

Le Jnim a pu trouver de nouveaux endroits pour projeter son pouvoir dans l’ouest du Mali, près de la frontière avec le Sénégal et la Mauritanie. Nous avons également vu qu’il y a eu des attaques terroristes par le Jnim, mais aussi Daesh au Sahel, dans les zones urbaines.
