Cela fait 60 ans qu’on a un régime cubain communiste, il veut le changer. En Iran, cela fait 40 ans que les Américains ont un problème avec le régime. Le Groenland, il y a déjà eu deux tentatives américaines pour le racheter qui se sont soldées par des échecs. Il y a vraiment cette volonté de la part de Donald Trump de devenir le président qui a réussi à tout faire.

Call it decoupling, good decoupling. Call it de-risking, I don’t know but that we should take for granted once and for all that the less dependent we are going to be to the United States, the better position we are in.
