The Egmont Institute is pleased to invite you to the 9th session of the Deterrence and Arms Control Conversations with Ambassador Olivier Belle – Permanent Representative of Belgium to the International Institutions in The Hague.

Ambassador Belle will discuss the state of multilateralism and share his experiences at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). In light of the current geopolitical challenges, his perspective will offer a thoughtful view on the role of diplomacy and international institutions in fostering dialogue and security.

Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the in-person conversation, which will take place under Chatham House Rule.
