On 11-12 July NATO Heads of State and Government are meeting in Vilnius to take stock of the new baseline for the deterrence and defence posture of the alliance, and to take further steps in transforming the European security architecture. In this Egmont Working Lunch, LtGen (ret) Claude Van de Voorde will offer his personal reflections on the Vilnius Summit outcomes and the broader trends observed throughout his distinguished career.
