Cela fait 60 ans qu’on a un régime cubain communiste, il veut le changer. En Iran, cela fait 40 ans que les Américains ont un problème avec le régime. Le Groenland, il y a déjà eu deux tentatives américaines pour le racheter qui se sont soldées par des échecs. Il y a vraiment cette volonté de la part de Donald Trump de devenir le président qui a réussi à tout faire.

On n’a pas d’accord de défense mutuelle, mais on collabore militairement. Avec la Jordanie, c’est historique. Ça a encore été récemment le cas pour les évacuations de Gaza ou il y a plus longtemps dans la lutte contre Daesh. En ce qui concerne les pays du Golfe, c’est plus récent. Notamment en s’entraînant sur place.

We blijven vastzitten in onze afhankelijkheid van de VS. We zijn bang dat Trump actie tegen ons zal ondernemen als we te scherp zijn, zoals hij nu Spanje afdreigt alle handel te zullen stoppen. Ik hoop wel dat we daar als Europese Unie eensgezind op zullen reageren.
