ENA RDC held the debriefing sessions of the professional traineeships completed by the 100 students of the 9th “Mamadou Ndala” class. To guide and structure these exchanges, Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations – mobilized Ms. Virginie Van Lierde, an expert in strategic presentation and collective intelligence facilitation, to moderate the sessions in collaboration with ENA RDC. These debriefings aimed to foster peer-to-peer learning, compare experiences across administrations, and continuously improve the traineeship programme. They also built on the three-month internships in Belgium undertaken by 10 students of the 9th class, supported by Enabel, the Embassy of Belgium in Kinshasa, and Wallonie-Bruxelles International, with placements in several partner public administrations including the Federal Public Services Interior, Foreign Affairs, Strategy and Support, the Federation Wallonia-Brussels, and the SNCB. This restitution represents an important step in the journey of the 100 students of the 9th class, who, after their final oral examination, will join the Congolese public administration as skilled professionals and drivers of change.
