On the 29th of April, diplomats from Angola, Ivory Coast, Guinea and Rwanda arrived in Brussels to meet their Belgian counterparts and colleagues from their embassies. They had the opportunity to follow a two week training course which combined the strengthening of their diplomatic skills and an immersion into Brussels and its international environment.
