On 3 September in Brussels, Mr. Cédric TOMBOLA MUKE, Director General of ENA RDC, and H.E. Mr. Pol De Witte, Director General of Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations, took a new step in their cooperation. Under the auspices of H.E. Mr. Jean-Pierre LIHAU, Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Public Service of the DRC, the two institutions signed a Collaboration Agreement that strengthens this strategic partnership through joint training programmes, immersion internships and seminars, exchanges of expertise, collaborative research, and the promotion of gender equality. For over 10 years, ENA has benefited from the support of the Kingdom of Belgium through the Egmont Institute, with the technical and financial backing of Enabel, Wallonie-Bruxelles International and the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a true driver of change in the reform and rejuvenation of the Congolese public administration, this partnership continues to strengthen state effectiveness by investing in human capital.
