Diplomats and civil servants from Benin, Djibouti, Gabon, and Senegal gathered in Brussels for a training on the sustainable blue economy. Supported by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the programme addressed key topics such as port innovation, ocean governance, maritime security and sustainable aquaculture, and included field visits to Zeebrugge, Ostend, and Antwerp.
