Fabian Hoffmann (Doctoral Research Fellow at the Oslo Nuclear Project at the University of Oslo) delivered on Monday 20 November 2023 a presentation “Assessing the Counterforce Capabilities of Conventional Long-Range Strike Weapons” in which he explores whether conventional long-range strike weapons can effectively substitute for nuclear weapons in counterforce engagements.
Participants were encouraged to actively participate in the conversation, which was held under Chatham House Rule.
