Which future for the European Budget ?

The aim of the conference is to approach various questions related to the European Budget. The following points will be discussed: on the one hand, the content of the agreement on the 2016 EU budget and the mid-term review of the Multiannual Financial Framework expected in 2016 and, on the other, the question whether the EU needs its own resources and the relevance of  the financial transaction tax.
