On the 24th of September, diplomats from Benin, Gabon, Togo and Senegal arrived in Brussels to meet their Belgian counterparts and colleagues from their embassies. They followed with great interest a two-week training course to strengthen their diplomatic skills and discovered Brussels and its international organisations.
