The Egmont Institute has contributed to the final session of the academic year (June 2016 – July 2017). La promotion Okapi which has 90 students (selected amongst 10.000 candidates) will benefit from this course in Kinshasa. The following subjects will be covered: Public policies, Administrative contracts, Negotation techniques , Post conflict and national reconstruction, International relations, Decentralisation in DR Congo, Protocol and diplomatic practices, Regional integration, Financial and fiscal decentralisation in provinces and territorial entities in DRC.
