The Egmont Institute is contributing to the final module of the ENA’s one-year initial training program (June 2015 to June 2016) as part of its partnership with the ENA DR Congo. In course of May and June 2016, 6 experts will spend two to three days each in Kinshasa to share their knowledge with 97 future Congolese civil servants. Core subjects such as African integration, International relations, Post conflict and national reconstruction or Management and leadership will be covered. The first training session, led by an official of the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, took place from 9 to 11 May and focused on the development of an administration contract.
