Inssaf Moustaine

Biography

Inssaf Moustaine joined the Egmont Institute in February 2026 as a trainee in the Education & Training Programme. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, specializing in International and European Law. During her studies she developed a strong focus on the rule of law, EU institutional governance and international disputes.

Following her studies, she began working as a Research Fellow at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, contributing to academic research in public international law and working on interstate litigation before international courts. Her interests focus on state responsibility, the protection of fundamental rights and the principles of international humanitarian law.
