Justine Staelens
Biography
Justine Staelens joined the Egmont Institute in March 2024 as an Intern for the European Affairs Program.
She holds a Master’s degree in European and International Studies, with a specialization in Peace, Diplomacy, and International negotiations.
In 2023, she wrote a thesis on the domestic implication of the Mexican Feminist Foreign Policy while she studied at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in Mexico.
Her previous work experiences include a 6-month internship at Benevity, a Canadian company that provides a donation-, volunteer- and grant-management platform.
